“Eduardo is the founder and Head Chef of Typical Spanish Catering. He had the need to share his passion for food and honor his roots. This is why he created Typical Spanish catering. We were born in Sydney in 2011.

Our Head Chef comes from a family of entrepreneurs and restaurant owners in Spain. He grew up next to one of the best Paella Chefs in the south of Spain, his mum. She is known for her simplicity and unbelievable Paellas, cooked to perfection.”
